Katerina Efstratiadou
I am a performance Coach, energy healer and hypnotherapist based in Greece.
My story begins in the early 60s in a small Greek village that at the time, was trying to recover from the devastating effects of a civil war. I was born in a tiny house with no electricity or water supply. My very first contact with the outside world was through the magical box we call TV at the age of 9! The realization that a bigger world existed outside of my home and village was exciting and scary at the same time.
I felt torn between two worlds. One side of me had a burning desire to explore this new world but the other side of me felt like she had to stay loyal to my family values and beliefs.
When my father died at the age of 15, I had to get a job in order to help support my family while going to school. Working from such an early age gave me strength, freedom and the opportunity to travel abroad in places I had always dreamt of visiting, however, it did cost me my dream of pursuing my university studies.
The years felt like they were passing me by as I was floating in and out of jobs, failed relationships and everyday chores. There were days and times when I was happy but the feeling was fleeting. Most of the time life was bitter sweet. However, there were these few moments when life became extraordinary allowing me to experience the feeling of the “good life” not only in the physical world but also within myself!
At the age of 35 I met my soon to be husband. Even though life seemed sweet again, there was still something major missing. I was told by every doctor I visited for years that I was not able to get pregnant. Their exact words were" You cannot get pregnant"
I was devastated and at times felt like I was starting over but the pain pushed me to look for a solution outside of conventional systems and traditional books about healing (and believe me I read a lot of them!!). I found people who guided me to different, new and unexplored paths. Spiritual, energetic, internal, and healing paths, full of light and personal development.
As I explored new ways of thinking, I also explored the world. I saw shamans in remote mountains and enlightened teachers. Through conversations and seminars, I explored the Law of Attraction, past lives, limiting beliefs and internal obstacles. I discovered the awakening of archetypes and energetic fields along with my inner strengths. Through this journey of self-discovery, against all odds, I naturally conceived and gave birth to a healthy baby boy, my son, at the age of 45. I CAN!
When I found out that I was pregnant, I made a decision to give all the knowledge and experience I accumulated throughout the years back to the world. I knew that if it was able to help me during the hardest times of my life, it could do the same for others. I wanted to show the world that it is possible to change their programming and become the best version of themselves. I wanted to show people that they are enough and deserve all the good things life has to offer.
I became a certified Life Coach to give myself the platform to use the tools I gained over the years to help others succeed at changing their lives. These tools include everything from visualization in combination with energetic connection of mind and soul, NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy (Rapid Transformational Therapy), energy healing and for those who are looking for the secrets of the ancient wisdom I also work with the archetypes of the Greek gods and heroes who live within us like giants waiting to be awakened!
For the last 15 years, I have been helping people all over the world, through my performance coaching sessions, my spirituality tools and hypnosis, to develop their personalities on a social and professional level, meet the love of their lives, change career paths, lose unwanted pounds, believe in themselves, become mothers and gain a deeper connection to self and God! YOU CAN BE, HAVE AND DO ANYTHING THAT YOU DESIRE!
My mission in life is to help you get rid of the inner voice that tells you “YOU CAN’T, YOU ARE NOT ENOUGH, YOU DO NOT DESERVE IT… so that you can live your best life!
This path is not an easy one but take it from someone who has been where you are, with the right guidance, tools and mindset you can make it and it will be worth it!
