Guarantee and Refund Policy: No warranty and (or) guarantee is given, expressed or implied for satisfactory results from the hypnotherapy session or coaching session as it is impossible to guarantee human behaviours or compliance. Therefore, no refunds for services are given. The client understands that change is his or her responsibility. The Certified Hypnotherapist- RTT® practitioner- Certified Professional NLP Coach is considered a guide or facilitator in the process.
Methods Used: Specific techniques may include Body Relaxation, Progressive Muscle Relaxation through guided Meditation, Regression, Behaviour Modification, Guided/Visual Imagery, Emotion Replacement Therapy. The client understands that the above modalities are not substitutes for regular medical care, and has been advised to consult with his or her medical Doctor or Healthcare Practitioner for treatment of any old, new, or existing medical conditions.

Katerina Efstratiadou is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Certified RTT®practitioner trained from The School of Rapid Transformational Therapy® of Marisa Peer. She is also a certified Practitioner for NLP coaching from the “International Coaching Institute” Life Coaching, Training and Development of Great Britain.

Fees and Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full before the time of service by cash or money transfer. Session fees are subject to review and change. Forty eight (48) hour cancellation required, otherwise client will be billed for the session. Credit for rescheduling of a missed or unused scheduled pre-paid package session will be honoured for up to 30 days of the last scheduled session appointment.
Minors: Appointments for children under 18 years of age require written consent from a parent or guardian who must accompany them at each visit.
